Controls:

	Select Units & Activate Abilities
	Move (click field or map) or Attack Unit
	Toggle Attack Move Mode
	Hold Position
	Select All Combat Units
	Hold While Issuing Commands to Queue
	Double Click To Select All Of One Unit Type
	With a Miner Selected, Click a Mine For Gold or Your Statue For Mana
	Menu: Pause, Surrender, Mute
